Café Hatsu
The Café will be opened on Mondays in conjunction with the 10th Anniversary of Memorial Exhibition of Evergreen Group Founder and Chairman Dr. Y.F. Chang from Jan. 19-Feb. 22, 2026. It will be closed on Feb.15-16 for the Chinese New Year holidays. From Feb.17 to 22, set menu is temporarily unavailable, the Café only serves beverages, cakes and desserts.
